1000places > HUAHINE, POLYNESIA - Our tour leader Paul waded into a shallow creek with a can of fish food to attract the blue-eyed Polynesian eel - or in this case, several of them.  Each eel is about two- to three-feet long, and they turned the placid creek into a frothing mass in their competition for the food.
